You have three days to cancel your order after making a purchase. After this period, there's a 30% cancellation fee for all canceled orders.

If you require a return and refund, your refund will be issued with 90% going back to your original form of payment, except for cash payments which will be refunded by cheque.
Delivery fee will be charged to pick-up the product if you choose to return it.
You can't return or re-select Appliances, Top of Bed, Pillows, or special order products.
Mattresses are eligible for reselection with Ashley Furniture's 100 Night Comfort Guarantee and purchase of a mattress protector.
All cash payments will be refunded through cheque.
